From Witzend Trailhead parking, head north out Glenview and right up Ashland Loop Rd. Follow this up until reaching the White Rabbit trailhead on FS Rd 2060. Turn right down the Alice in Wonderland trail and follow down to the BTI trail. Turn left and descend to Waterline and back to Witzend trailhead and parking.
